  • What payment options do I have?

You can settle a reservation via PayPal or you may choose to pay in cash when the vehicle arrives.

  • I have a large firm. Will you accept company contacts?

We are very happy to work with company contracts. Once the online form is competed, a representative will contact you within 24 hours.

  • What happens to my reservation if my flight is delayed?

If you provide us with your flight number to verify the details, you will not be charged extra.

  • Can I book a taxi less than 24 hours before my departure?

In this case, please call to confirm a reservation as opposed to using our online form.

  • How do I know that my booking is guaranteed?

You will receive a confirmation from our firm. If two hours have elapsed and none has been delivered, you can call us at 01737 860 105

  • How will I meet my driver if I am arriving at an airport?

Our drivers are provided with your contact details (such as a mobile phone number). They will call to arrange where to meet. However, note that these services may be subject to an extra charge. You can speak with us to determine whether or not this applies.

  • Are your drivers professional?

Every employee is highly trained and licensed with the relevant local authorities. You are in safe hands when working with our team.

  • Can I book minibus Banstead services in the same way as I reserve a taxi?
